Built from EDINET 大量保有報告書 (large-shareholding reports): the raw shareholding filings, the position trajectories assembled from them, and investor (filer) views that roll positions up by holder. The same surface carries the derived ownership intelligence (movers, signals, cross-holdings, and probability tables) computed on top of those trajectories.
Register and composition
Beyond the 5% large-shareholding reports, this class also carries issuer-reported data extracted from annual securities reports (doc_type 120) and GPIF's domestic-equity all-holdings. The coverage windows:
register_shareholdersUp to 10 years, from FY2016 filings. Issuer-reported top holders (including sub-5%), served on the relationships endpoint.
ownership_by_categoryFY2019 onward. Ownership split by holder category (per-cell tagging begins FY2019).
