# Axiora API Reference

> Verifiable financial intelligence for Japanese equities: shareholding trajectories, signals, activist monitoring, and EDINET-derived company data.

## Verifiability

Every row is built to be cited and audited. Three guarantees:

**1. Source traceability**. Wherever a row comes from a single filing, the response carries the `doc_id` (EDINET / TDNet) so you can pull the original disclosure. Derived analytics declare themselves via `meta.caveats` and expose `meta.data_as_of` for source freshness.

**2. Reproducibility**. Every derived response echoes a `meta.as_of` token. Capture it, replay later with `?as_of=<token>`, and you get bit-identical rows regardless of how the underlying data has evolved. One token round-trips the exact answer you cited.

**3. Honest gaps**. Where coverage is incomplete (some filings don't have all sections translated yet, English entity names vary in trust level) the response surfaces it: `text_en` is null where untranslated, `name_en_quality` tiers English names as `verified` / `derived` / `machine` / `null`, and `meta.caveats` calls out per-endpoint context such as TDNet vs EDINET sourcing or stock-split-unadjusted history.

Resolve an identifier of unknown kind to the entity it names.

Answers what the identifier IS (`name`, `entity_id`, cross-references) and
where it WORKS (`roles`, and a `links` map from each role to the endpoint
that serves it), so a caller holding an unfamiliar string reaches the data
in one follow-up request instead of probing resources until one answers.

Every input is accounted for: identifiers that match no entity are named in
`meta.unresolved` rather than dropped, so a caller can always reconcile the

**Get Freshness**

How fresh is the data right now.

Returns the observed completion timestamp of the most recent EDINET
ingest run, its public status, the lag in minutes since that result
became visible, and when the next poll is scheduled. Use this to decide
whether to trust a near-realtime answer (low lag) or wait for the next
cycle (high lag, retrying / failed status).

Public endpoint: no auth required.

Returns results ranked by match quality: exact code matches first,
then prefix matches, then substring matches. A company that renamed is

`expand=all` to grab everything.

**Get Financials**

Historical financials for one company, with full filing-level provenance.

Returns up to `years` of XBRL-parsed financial rows from EDINET
annual (120), amended annual (130), or quarterly (140) filings.
Each row carries `source_doc_id`, `accounting_standard` (JP-GAAP /
IFRS / US-GAAP), and the fiscal period. Pass `fields=` to scope
to specific metrics, `include=explanations,sources` to fold in
null-reason explanations and per-field XBRL element provenance.
Pass `doc_id=` to retrieve one older filing beyond the recent-row window.

This endpoint does not paginate. Row count is controlled by `years`,
and `limit` / `offset` / `cursor` are rejected. `meta` accordingly
carries no pagination block.

Cross-reference identifiers (securities code, ISIN, LEI, JPX code) for a company.

Answers 200 with nulls plus a `provenance` object rather than 404 when a
company carries no market identifiers. An unlisted filer has no ISIN, and
that is a fact about the company, not a gap in coverage: `provenance` says
which of the two a null is. 404 is reserved for a company we do not know.

Read a fund registration and its official-source amendment relationship.

edinet_code and issuer_name identify the filing issuer or manager. fund_name

and amendment remains readable by its own document ID.

name, English text, original character count, the engine that

`section=...` to scope to one part of the filing.

Searches every English-translated section across all filings,
ranks by Postgres relevance (tsvector/tsquery), and returns each
hit with a highlighted snippet, the source `doc_id`, section

risk-factor mentions) or `fiscal_year` when needed.

Use it to find narrative disclosures across the universe: e.g.

A signal is a labelled event derived from a filer's trajectory:
accumulation streaks, large step-ups/downs, activist escalations,

row carries a `tier` (1=actionable, 2=informational, 3=trivial),
`confidence`, `detected_date`, and the `doc_id` of the triggering
filing.

Default response excludes tier-3 (trivial threshold-crossing
events like new_position / exit_below_5pct). Pass
`include_trivial=true` for the full feed.

This endpoint returns pairs where at least one side shows a clear
declining trajectory, ranked by fastest decline. Use it to find
forced sellers and identify potential float expansion ahead of

Extracted from 決算短信 XBRL: the forward guidance management provides
alongside their earnings release. Only returns snapshots that contain
at least one forecast field.

The earnings-release lane retains that behavior. The response additionally
includes captured forecast-revision announcements using the same JPY fields.
Target periods, accounting basis, previous figures and revision reasons are
additive fields. PDF-only/held revisions retain source links. Announcements
remain separate historical records rather than a summed financial series.

Each row carries the disclosure verbatim plus derived attributes:
  - country (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 from the address)
  - currency (ISO 4217 alpha-3 from the capital cell)
  - relationship_type (consolidated_subsidiary / equity_method_affiliate /
    parent / other_related)
  - cross_validation: bidirectional confirmation status when the
    subsidiary itself files its own annual. Filter by
    cross_validation='bidirectional_confirmed' for the highest-
    provenance edges; voting_pct_mismatch surfaces filing-lag and
    in-flight-restructuring signals.
  - holdings_filing_count + joint_filing_partner_count: cross-source
